Equipment management system is a part of the management and decision-making support system of China Land Resources Aero Geophysical Remote Sensing Center (AGRS). Because of the slow manage pace and obsolete manage method, so the intrinsic equipment management is very difficult to adapt the requirement of the modern production. This subject from the role of the control, data sharing equipment to achieve the perspective of process management application, approval, implementation, checking in equipment and to provide a comprehensive analysis of the query functions.Equipment management include the following modules:(1) Purchase plan modules: including applications for approval of leaders at all levels and issued, the central budget for the procurement of statements generated, and so on.(2) The application for purchase besides of plan modules: equipment, materials, information technology application and forwarded for approval, and so on.(3) The implementation of the procurement modules: equipment, material quality audit table, the outsourcing of information technology acceptance of the entry form information, and forwarded for approval, and so on.(4) Checking in equipment modules: basic equipment, supplies, housing, transport equipment, software registration of the five storage facilities.(5) Change of equipment modules: including the inter-sectoral allocation, the allocation between departments, and Changes in the maintenance of records.(6) Maintenance of equipment modules: including equipment check-up, and equipment maintenance, as well as the maintenance of records and so on. (7) End-of-life equipment modules: including applications, transponders, the examination and approval module.(8) The query analysis module: provides a registered storage devices integrated query and analysis functions, such as to generate a variety of statements. The present system uses object-oriented software design frame to realization system frame. In the system design stage, taking the B/S structure as the system overall frame, using framework of Struts + Hibernate, using Struts framework based MVC pattern on presentation layer, using JavaBeans based business proxy pattern on business layer, using Hibernate to operate Oracle. The management system is developed on Eclipse platform.After testing, the system has been run in the AGRS and achieved the goal of the project design. Through the actualizing of the study, we carry out the equipment lifecycle of the management, and realize the handle official business without papers which is based on the cooperation with the Enterprise inner network configuration.
