The Research And Implementation Of Test Questions Quality Control Basing On The Standardization And Word Errors Checking

With the rapid development of computer technology, the computer data bank system is receiving increasing attention. Test questions library system is to ensure that the examination has high quality, maintain the level of stability, and better achieve the purpose of testing an important tool. Test item bank system is an essential element, and also the basis for follow-up test papers, and only with high-quality questions, there can be any high-quality papers. This shows that improving the quality of the questions is the basis for improving the quality of the examination.In this paper, basing on a analysis and research in-depth of the current tchnology of electronic data bank system, the factors impacting test questions library quality is comprehensively analyzed, and the question of how to improve the quality of questions in examination questions library is discussed, exploring the quality control methods which base on the standardization and error checking technology. At present, there are many research papers and related technologies on the questions of the creation and management of data bank both at home and abroad, and there are already many software being used, but most are only for conventional operation, such as the maintenance of data bank , and few for the quality of questions control. In response to this phenomenon, thesis put forward quality control technology which base on the test standardization and word errors checking in the process of creating data bankquestions, through the two aspects of the questions text including the standardization and word errors checking to improve the test questions quality of the library. To check the standardization of the questions, through summaring and concluding the relevant standardization rules, a standardization rules set which can test whether the questions are in line with the standardization rules are built;Through analysis and research of the error text, thesis put forward the methods which combine the statistical models and rules to check word errors in the text of questions. Paper build the exam database reasonably, as well as the corpus for the word errors checking, while the system also includes the maintenance operations of the exam database, as well as some conventional operation required by test questions library system. The system is based on the Windows platform, using object-oriented software development technology,developed in VC++6.0 environment and through ODBC to connect database, which is easy to operate and has a friendly Interface. This intelligent test questions library management system will make the management more scientific, accurate and convenient and the quality of the test questions library have a certain increase which lay a good foundation in follow-up work.Finally the experimental results of the system are analyzed and the full text are summarized.
