Based on the practice, the components and basic functions of the net teach system based on ASP.NET was introduced, and the design model of a net answer system based on ASP. NET was given. Utilizing SQL Server2000 as Database Server, ASP.NET programs running on the Web Server access the database with ASP.NET component ADO.NET. User can access the system through internet browser. This system provides two ways of answering questions, one is answering on answer board, and the other is answer online. Net answering board providers a answering space for every teacher and every course on net, at any moment students and teachers may login here for asking or answering questions. Answer online is answering questions by the way of talking on net when students and teachers are online. The whole system makes more use of network resources and lets educators share the education resources.
