The Research And Application In E-government Of Workflow Management System Of Based-on SOA Framework

With the globalization and the development of information technology, the world has shrunk. E-government, as a new political administration of affairs, has become an unavoidable, irreversible trend in the world wide. China's governments at all levels are establishing e-government application system under The National E-government Framework to break the restrictions of time and space and of the sectors'separation, providing fast, efficient, standardized, transparent and all-round services for the whole society for the full realization of transformation of government functions from the management type to Service-oriented type. In this process of transformation, mutual cooperation in political affairs and sharing of data resources among sectors and application systems is bound to be strengthened. How to realize efficient coordination and sharing of resources among the different organizations and different sectors of the organizations is a key research subject in the field of E-government study.This paper analyzed the current workflow technology and the characteristics of the workflow management system. This paper also discussed the current popular technology SOA framework, raised the ideas of scheduling process through BPEL technology with service as base for the purpose of realizing workflow application in the framework of SOA, giving working models. And then take the tobacco e-government for example, the paper analysis the public services from the information portal and demands from the co-application platform. Meanwhile, which study the key process of application development from service package and the process modeling to the end of the deployment, which achieve the coordination with inter-organization and the application system and data sharing. It would have some useful to the construction of e-government.In the end, this thesis concluded that the SOA is the future direction of the main software development and BPEL is the general trend of WORKFLOW. It is necessary to combine WORKFLEW with SOA for the realization of coordination across heterogeneous systems. The further research on the closure of the SOA services Size equipment, analytical modeling, BPEL processes and human interaction, UI and the role of the interface is still needed.
