With the increasing improvement of the automatic manufacture and the rapid development of the modern science & technology, today's world has advanced into a information age. As people are confronting the information explosion, speedy transferring and various complexities, it becomes more difficult and important to get this information, even fully process and manage them. In the traditional field of industrial fault diagnosis, it only depends on very limited skills sometimes. But as the data relation turns out to be more complex than ever, the capacity of data need to be increased, so we induct intelligence into computers. The high growing of computer offer the material basis for developing of artificial intelligence, that's the reason why people adopt artificial intelligence widely to solve the industrial faults.This paper is based on the Chongqing science & technology surmounting project, whose name is【The Research of the Industry Application Oriented Intelligent Developing Platform & System】.The theory, which is the research found on and brought forward by Pro. Qin Zhang, is the dynamic causality trees/diagrams's knowledge representation methodology and calculating theory based on probability. System analyzing tool is Rational Rose 2000, system developing tool is C++Builder5.0, supporting database is SQL Anywhere5.0, operation system is Windows.After analyzing the deficiency of the popular industrial fault diagnosis, this paper focuses on introducing dynamic causality trees/diagrams theory, unloop and inference. The author's primary work is software realization and is redesigning the system structure after validating the theory. The requirements for the new system are: convenient to construct a fault diagnosis system; secondary developing capacity available; strong stability. In order to get those achievements, software developing technology and system structure design technology adopted by this project is Unified Modeling Language based on Object Oriented, all of those technologies are introduced in this paper in detail and system structure diagrams are presented as well. The developing work of【The Research of the Industry Application Oriented Intelligent Developing Platform & System】has been finished and is being commercializing packaged.
