Study On Automatic Microscopy Platform System And Image Mosaic Technology

Microscope had been playing an important role in research and application of eachdiscipline. With the development of computer technology and digital image technology, theresearch and development of the automatic microscope platform system ,the system whichused CCD camera as the image acquired equipment and set the automatic control of theworkbench,the automatic adjust of the focal distance,the automatic gather system of thedigital image and other functions into has been in great demand of microscope Application.On the other hand, due to the restriction of microscope vision, when people use microscope toobserve a target, they usually can capture some part of this target, it's difficult to grasp theoverall situation of this target, which may affect the target's judgment. How to mosaic themicroscopic images into a image which can reflect the target has become an important issueof microscopic image processing.This paper has focused on the development and reconstruction of the actual microscopicdigital image acquisition system, and the mosaic algorithm for the digital image of medicalmicroscopic slice, and the strategies for different image.In the course of the study, considered the demands of mosaic image, made somereconstructions or developments of the HMIAS. Because micro digital image's characteristics,we chosen ratio template algorithm as the basis. Upon this basis, we put an inter-relatedtemplate and an extern-related template in, both of them were as the consideration of theevaluation of estimate of mosaic result, and introduced a function for information estimate asanother parameter for evaluation of estimate of mosaic result. In addition, we introduced 3strategies and 3 image-fusion algorithms which for different slice images when they had to dolarge scale mosaic. In the end, we had done several examples for algorithm and strategies totest the feasibility and availability of them.
