| Through data analysis,case survey and field survey,the thesis use the method of SWOT to research"China Business News",which is the first business daily in China. After definitng the ralated concepts just like SWOT,business news,media management strategy and so on.The first part of thesis researches into"China Business News".In the second part, first,the thesis is going to summarize the capital, human resource, information resource, system, and other aspects of the strength and weakness of"China Business News"based on SWOT,secondly analyse the opportunity and threat in the external environment of"China Business News".The author believes that advantage is obvious,opportunity and threat are coexist,but disadvantage has been ignored.In the third part,the author will propose own opinion on the aspects of idea, content ,personnel integration and management strategies for the future development of"China Business News",based on the analysis result of the first part.There are some innovation in the thesis.On the one hand,"China Business News"is the pioneer of Chinese business daily.After more than two years,many aspects are probed, innovated,adjusted and progressed constantly.There is much unimaginable concern of"China Business News"from Media field and Academia.But the system theoretical research results were so few.On the other hand, The SWOT analysis method is a new tool and instrument which is used into the strategic management of media research during the market advancement of Chinese media.The author will try the best to let SWOT and"China Business News".get together,give some new insights and recommendations,and the author hope that there is some inspiration for the future development of the newspaper. |
