Television Networks Supervisory Control System is an important component in the technology system of safe precaution, it can monitor into the situation of the place to watch directly through remote control gamma camera and his auxiliary equipment (cloud platform , scene ,etc. ), very clearly; It can monitor into vision and voice of the place all or noting partly at the same time, facilitate treatment to some incidents in the future terms and important basis like this. At present,Television Networks Supervisory Control System has been applied in many areas.With the characteristics of resistance of environment and human affection and 24 hours realtime work, Television Networks Supervisory Control System actions well in productions and lives.According to the management and supervisory requirement of the Three Gorges project underground power house,combining the characteristic of the Television Networks Supervisory Control System,this thesis designed and marked out a set of Remote Television Networks Supervisory Control System of consummation, safety, advancement and practicality.This system adapted well to the requirement of the quality,safety and schedule of the construction locale,improved the supervisory level of the project,and means a lot to the construction of the Three Gorges project.This thesis introduced the environment specialty of the Three Gorges project,expatiated the applicability of the Television Networks Supervisory Control System to the construction of the Three Gorges project underground power house.Based on the above,it presented the blue print of The Three Gorges project underground power house Television Networks Supervisory Control System.And,it analysed the way and the feasibility of the realization of the blue print.The problem of the rate of performance and price was solved through bringing forward idea of the combining method of using fiber in main line and branch line.This idea also ensured the reliable transmission of the video and control signal. In Chapter One, this thesis introduces both the domestic and the overseas development,and the three parts of the Television Networks Supervisory Control System.There is also a simple description of the background of the thesis.In Chapter Two,there is a description and a design gist of the system,a signal transmission analysis,and a argument of the selection of equipments used in the system.In Chapter Three,there is a detailed description of the three main parts of the system.At last,it analyses and narrates the lightningproof design.In Chapter Four,it summarizes all above to point out strongpoints and shortcomings and gives us an application prospect.
