Planning And Design Of E-Government Information Sharing Platform

Nowadays, many E-Government Systems are running in our governments' departments. They've highly improved governments' working efficiency. But as the development of the information technology and the widespread of the Internet, they are also facing big challenges. One of the problems is the wide-existing "Isolated Information Island". It has already handicapped the data sharing/exchanging and cooperation among government departments. One of the solutions is to construct the E-Government Information Sharing Platform. It will help a lot in breaking the walls among the government departments and data sharing/exchanging.This thesis is based on the construction of xx District's E-Government Information Sharing Platform. Combined with xx District's situation, we analyzed the requirements of the construction of the E-Government Information Sharing Platform; summarized sharing platform's functionalities and the common working flow based on the E-Government Information Resource Catalog System, and then investigated the Data Exchanging Mode,Database Cluster Construction Plan,Middleware Tech in a deeper level.Then, referring to the related tech standards, we designed the E-Government Information Resource Standard. Through this standard, we can encode the E-Government Information Resource in a standardized and systematic way. Also the information resources metadata are included in the standard, which could be used to implement the XML expression of the information resource.At last, according to the standard we designed, an SOA-based E-Government Information Sharing Platform Architecture is given out. Each module's functionality and the advantage of this architecture are also described.
