Presently the traditional administrative examination method is still at levels of the government exercises one to the society public administration and service fundamental modes. With economic society's fast development, some malpractices gradually have exposed. The government affairs information is insufficient opening, the application material must be present by the applicant on scene, and the integrity and accuracy of the presented materials cannot be guaranteed. The examination processes are not transparent enough. The supervisory department is unable to effectively check and monitor the operation procedures. These questions may be solved with the aid of the information technology, through work flow analysis, by designing and establishing the consummation work flow platform. The software architecture belongs to research hot spot in recent years. It represents the high level abstract of systems, is of importance to developing large-scale complex applications. The unified modeling language (UML) is a general visualization modeling language, can be used in system description, processing visualization, documentation of the software system. UML is suitable in many software development methods, and in each stage of software life cycle, for each kind of application domain as well as each kind of development kit. In software system day by day complex and huge today, the above technology's success application can reduce the system development greatly the time and various aspects expense, enhances system's toughness and the easy maintenance, has the decisive significance to system's success implementation. This article studies the administrative matters for examination and approval platform software architecture, the current system of administrative examination and approval of the Government of a workflow analysis, hierarchical software architecture style guide, based on the software architecture of software development methods and based on UML Modeling technology, the design of the system software architecture, the complete system modeling. Focus on the analysis of the work required to satisfy the definition of flow, the flow node type, category and key control system functional modules of key components, focusing on the completion of the work flow model creation, workflow examples of functional operation of the design and modeling. This study other aspects of the e-government system of research and development have an important reference.
