The modern society is featured with digitalization, informalization and network, the future will probably be symbolized by intelligentization and robotization. However, there are some profound items for robot to overtake such an important task, those include the rapid development of basic theory, systematic structure, formwork, internal components and the application technology of engineering. Robotic task instructions examination and automatically repair based on background knowledge has gradually evolved into the important part that can't be overlooked. The reasonableness and accuracy giving instructions to the robots not only directly restricts the task complete timely, but also largely affects that if people can accept it universally, in order that the instructions are performed quickly. Under this situation, the conduct of this work shows very clearly academic, social and economic value.Firstly, the paper combines with the library management feature and then raises the research objectives, the key problem-solving ideas and the practical strategy basic on the deep analysis of the history and current status of robotics. Secondly the paper discusses flexibility, simplicity and the extensiveness of the task instructions mode in semi-natural language through the pros and cons of different methods, comparison of the scope, as well as the reasonable natural exploration and library management background. Then, after various issues that may be hidden while the robot performs the task in the libraries has been inspected carefully, the paper introduces the reasonableness and perfective examination of task instructions through many knowledge reasoning and example analogy and recounts the unreasonable orders automatically repair by using the similarity reference, object extraction and the reasonable description reference framework. Finally, the paper describes systematically the design and realization in knowledge base, database and functional modules and points out the application result of experimental system, as well as summarizes the design rule of system software and hardware platform, program language, database. Finally, the paper-discusses the certain deficiencies and limitations existing in experimental system and proposes the future work arm and research plan.
