The Design Of B/S And C/S Based Mixed Model Of Staff Housing Management Information System

Along with the gradual deepening national housing system reform and the increasingly wide range of applications of computer technology in the management of higher education,the faculty housing administration is facing a dual challenge of both standardization and informationization.Realizing digitization in business processes and scientific and network management in basic information of the management of the staff housing administration,using modern information management technology,is becoming a developing trend of the faculty housing administration.It is also a necessity of raising the overall level of university administration and the full realization of the campus digitization.On the basis of analyzing the status quo of the faculty housing administration in Huazhong Agricultural University,taking into account of the features of the university housing management,a B/S and C/S based mixed model of staff housing management information system(SHMIS) is proposed,studied and implemented.The paper at first introduces the contents,characteristics and study status of the staff housing management in current domestic college,then makes a demand analysis of the system implementation. At last,it makes both business analysis and functional module design on information systems of staff housing management while introducing distributed processing technology (Remoting),Unified Modeling Language(Uml) and other key technologies.The results show that there are friendly interface and high security in the system. Implemented in Huazhong Agricultural University in trial,it runs well and the user feedback is also good.The development and utilization of this system conform to the developing direction of automation and informationization in current management, significantly raising the staff housing management level in Huazhong Agricultural University,solving the weak and key links in logistical management,realizing the digitization of faculty housing management.There are both theoretical and practical significance in this paper.
