The Research And Design Of ERP Sale And Distribute Management System

Sale and Distribute system (SDMS) is the core module of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), which has relatively independent function. Using the SDMS as the core and extending this system gradually with the expanding need is one way to solve the ERP carrying out corner. Based on this idea, this paper we studied and designed a new SDMS, realized it at last.In this paper, we studied the SDMS's work flow, analyzed its function requirement and the performance requirement. And then we analyzed the system's function frame and the relationship among all function modules using Data Flow Analysis (DFA) method which is one of the structure analysis methods. We also introduce the basic data flows among function modules in detail with its data dictionary. Then we chose the technology channel and its developing planform, we also gave the physics frame of the SDMS. Based on the results above, recur to the data dictionary, based on the data base theory, using the E-R model analysis method, we designed the concept Data Base (DB), the logical DB and the physics DB. We also designed the DB connection Class and the DB table classes with the ActiveX Data Object (ADO) which is supplied by The Microsoft. Using these classes we realized the connection between the user software and the Data Base Management System (DBMS). For the consideration of the data security, we chose the mixing validate strategy, it meaned that not only using the operation system security validate method but also using the SQL security validate in order to validate system security. Based on the software engineering theory, Using the structure design method, we designed the system holistically and then in details employed the Visual C++6.0 developing tool. At last we realized the functions of the SDMS which had been brought forward at the beginning of the system developing planning. The follows are some of the system's function modules we designed: The main interface, the product basic information management module, the system users management module, the customer basic information management module, the staff basic information management module, the quote form management module, the order form management module, the customer colligation module, the integrative management module, the customer query module, the staff query module, the quote form query module, the order form query module, the computer communication module, the intercommunication online module, the system's back up and restore module, the login module, and so on. There is one thing we should point out: system's performance not only relay on the software's frame but also relay on the hardware and the system's data amount.The system we designed had good performance when tested, which made it clear that the design method is correct and valid.
