Research On Material Management Pattern For Astronautic Enterprises And System Implementation

The advanced management ideas and methods should be apllied to astronautic enterprises and accomplished by the information technology, which is an important means to promote the development of China astronautic industry. The application of mature material management model with astronautic enterprises characteristics can not only reduce the cost to improve enterprise efficiency, but also control the quality of products to ensure well-balanced operation of enterprises. Material tracking and tracing is an effect approach to guarantee the quanlity of materials. In this Dissertation, the management model for astronautic enterprises material and the tracking and tracing of material are studied in order to reduce the material cost and enhance the quality assurance. In the aspect of theory research, the management model based on unified product structure tree is proposed in the view of the domestic manufacturing of materials management and astronautic materials management features, the characteristics of which is analysed afterward, the characteristics includes fine material management, material traceability , material management efficiency improvement.After that,the model of material tracking and tracing is studied, especially we focus on the materials tracking in product process, then give the conceptual model of enterprise material tracking. the expansion issue of this model is also analysed an resolved, on the one hand,In view of the assembly not be accurately determined, a time-based analysis tracing method is given, and we give the generation algorithm of tracking BOM. On the other hand, owing to the changement of material batch in the course of business, we propose the model of batch association. Finally, according to the materials management characteristics of aerospace enterprises, the method of aerospace material tracking and tracing is studied.In the aspect of implementation, we develop a material management system using the CERP application software framework, the system includes four functional modules: material planning and procurement management subsystem, inventory management subsystem, information integration with other systems, materials tracking subsystem. Finally through an introduction of the application system in Beijing spacecraft factory, we give the theory a validation.
