Research And Development Of ERP System In Small And Midsize Business Based On Web

With the development of global economy and China entering WTO, the Small and Midsize Business (hereinafter for SMB) face more and more severe competitive environment. In order to improve their competitive strength to survive and develop, it not only needs to enhance their manufacturing technique, but also improve their operating capability by taking full advantage of existing resources and implementing the enterprise information engineering. In fact, there are a great number of SMB in our country, which play an important role in the economy of the country, and the management modes of these enterprises are flexible and widely various, so these characters make the difference of informationization between SMB and large scaled enterprises.On the basis of theories study of ERP system, the application status of SMB combing with the traits of SMB were analyzed,and the reasons why the ERP systems in the market were unsuitable for the SMB were indicated. The application analysis of ERP in SMB was also given from the aspects of application principle, system target, function architecture, and combined with the computer network technique, the resolution of ERP in SMB based on Web was put forward.According to the ideology of software engineering, the paper made an overall design of the system, established the integrated workflow and composition modules of the system, and designed the gross structure of the system. At the meantime, the operation flows of the modules were also analyzed in detailed. In accordance with the NF (normal forms) principle, the database of the system was designed. Based on data flow diagram and E-R (entity-relationship) diagram, the modeling process of database was explicated, and the data structure and relationship mode were also build.At last, the key techniques were expounded, including system development mode, data access method and mid-software, the security control strategies of the system were also analyzed from the aspects of system privilege, database, and network. Meanwhile, the system access page was designed based on JSP technique, and the main features of the system were introduced with specific pages, and the improvement directions of the system were also indicated.
