The wireless self-organized sensor network, which is integration of sensor techniques, MEMS techniques and network communication techniques, is an innovative technique of information acquisition and processing. It is an advancing research field of multi-subject intersection. It brings wide application future in a good many fields, such as military, industry, medical treatment, transportation and commercial. A few achievements have been acquired in the world of late years, but on some key techniques, there are also a lot of problems in need of resolution. The domestic research still remains on beginning phase. This paper lucubrated several key techniques of wireless sensor networks, including reliable communication in wireless sensor networks , the design and implementation of testbed simulation algorithms and software system.This paper introduces the characteristic and influenced factors of wireless link, challenge of reliable communication,and the factors we must consider when designing reliable communication protocols.And discuss the features of some reliable communication mechanisms.And deeply analyse some representative reliable communication protocols.Because of the instability of wireless link,in order to implement reliable communication, the paper designs a simple and efficient link quality evaluation mechanism based on weighted glide window strategy,describes the principle and simulation model in detail,analyses the influence on the evaluation mechanism by adjusting weight,window size,rate.The evaluation mechanism don't need complex operation and extra communication consume.Testbed system is designed to test the algorithms of alnetwork layer, so this paper designs a energy-efficient clustering algorithm based on maximum weight and minimum dominating set,describes the clustering process in detail,proves in theory that cluster heads can constitute minimum dominating set. simulation experiments prove the effectivity of the algorithm.The software system of the upper machine introduced in this paper is the hard core of the testbed system, mainly including the design and implementation of three modules. Topology control module implements the seting and altering of original topology and node information. Real-time watching module implements implements the friendly interaction between users and the system in time, and displays the information of the network topology and the running state of the network in real time. History statistic module records networking time,spended energy,cluster heads numbers,node energy attenuation,etc.
