A Supervision Study On Network Public Sentiment From The Perspective Of Crisis Management

With arising of web, the network public sentiment is being concerned more and more and it has got a great development. Through the internet news, BBS and immediate communication tools, people discuss all kinds of social event. Compared with traditional sentiment, people realize the freedom of expression and communication to a greater extent, and we can get much more real attitude of the public. But, at present, for the network public sentiment, the problem is the insufficient attention and ineffective supervision from the government. In specific condition, uncontrolled network public sentiment will induce crisis.From the perspective of crisis management, this thesis studies on the supervision of the network public sentiment. In detail, firstly, it summarizes the foundation of the thesis, that is, background, significance, current research, thinking of research and methods. Then, it analyzes the connotation, features and significance for crisis management of the network public sentiment; By analysis, we can see that the network public sentiment can display crisis; then, analyzing the reason and route inducing crisis, constructing supervision system and explain the system. After that, we take the moving event of Jiulongpo in Chongqing as case study. Finally, points out the lack of the thesis, puts forward the research direction of the subject in future.
