Aiming at the limitation of lacking the capability of adjusting the best service and the capability of intellectual information processing in the service oriented software architecture, this paper make use of distribution information processing and intelligence predication capability in Agent technique, brought forward the design that make Agent the main body of service, construct a kind of immunity Agent based service system oriented distributed software architecture, in order to solved the problems in the service oriented architecture that was told above.In the resolving, firstly, we designed the whole architecture that makes Agent the service supplier or requester. And, aiming at the character of making Agent the main body of service, Make use of the similarity between the immunity cell module and the Agent module in the artificial immunity systems, we improved the typical Agent logical structure, designed the logical Agent structure that processed the immunity mechanism, and make it the requester of the service. Secondary, making use of the designed immunity Agent, I constructed the immunity Agent based service oriented software architecture (IASOA).I designed the main parts of IASOA architecture, and analysis and research has been done on the key technique such as the message communication between Agent and Web service. At last, under specific E-commerce negotiation system software application condition, the problems that exists in the negotiation system currently were analyzed, and a IASOA based electrical negotiation software structure design and the negotiation flow were given, also, the modules in the negotiation system were designed in details, and a mobile Agent experimental system was constructed based on the work above, and a part of the functions were proved.All the theoretic research and practice analysis shows that the method which was brought forward in this article was feasible, and it offered a new construction method in solving the problems in the service oriented software architecture, consequently, it provided the references for the further studies in construction of intelligence Web service system.
