Research And Design Of MMU Of Security Microprocessor

The task is to develop a MMU and cache Controller of LX-1164 Processor.It is described the design of Memory Management Unite and cache controller, which is SOC.It is also presented in the design a method of design of MMU and cache controller of 64-bit super-scalar CPU. It implements the translation between virtual address and physical address .Then it is discussed that the key technique in the design of TLB and the realization of access protection based on the page level in this paper. At last, Harvard architecture of cache and storage consistency is accomplished, and all above is implemented in the design method of low power consumption.On the hardware implementation, ASIC design method and advanced EDA tools is used to design logic and simulator.0.18μm technique cell of SMIC Corporation is used, which make the goal of LX-1164 Processor on the frequency of 400MHz.
