Design Of Management-Control Integration To Mid-Pressure Hydrogenation Set

Nowadays, it is urgent for China to promote social informationization. With the development of information technology and modern technology of management, the enterprises should become an intellectually economic body, and adopting the Management-Control Integration System can bring about success. With the method of system and information integration, the Management-Control Integration System can organize and control the production process, market sales, enterprise management, production design, service after sales and so on. It will realize the whole automation of enterprise with the technology of computer science, automatic control theory and network technology.To advance the informationization construction of a key Petrochemical Corporation in Beijing affiliated to Sinopec and meet their needs of timely control of the mid-pressure hydrogenation set and optimization of the controller parameters, we successfully developed the Management-Control Integration System of this set according to its actual process control and management situation, which is based on real-time database as its data storage platform, B/S structure and OPC communication technology.This dissertation takes the example of the Management and Control Integration project of this mid-pressure hydrogenation set to expound the mainstream technologies adopted in Management-Control Integration in process industry, such as industry control configuration technology, real-time data collection technology OPC, database, network and WEB technology. Meanwhile, it also gives a discussion about the security of the enterprise management-control network and brings up a solution in the situation that information safety has been severely challenged these days.The Management-Control Integration System of mid-pressure hydrogenation set has been put into use and performing well, it also becomes a good reference to similar projects.
