The Research Of Coal Enterprise ERP Cost Management System

As the price tends to be fixed, cutting down the cost is the only way for coal enterprises to pursue the maximization of economic benefits. ERP, enterprise resources plan, which combines the information technology and the modern management technology realize the fully mixed and balanced among various aspects resources of the enterprise, so that the enterprise can get better economic benefits in the fierce competition market. As an indispensable and important part of the coal ERP, cost management system is the fundamental way to improve economic efficiency and is the powerful weapon to maintain long-term competition. Therefore, the research of coal enterprise cost management system has very important significance.Through sufficiently applying series of theories and techniques involving activity-based Costing management, artificial neural network, UML, computer software technique and so on, the paper studies in depth on the practice and characteristics of the coal enterprise cost management and establishes the cost management system of the coal enterprise ERP. Firstly, the paper embarks from the present situation of ERP and cost management theory, analyzes the characteristic, cost constitution and the operation flow of the coal enterprise and the idea that combine activity-based Costing management and this cost management system is proposed; Secondly, analyzes the characteristic of the coal exploitation process as well as the artificial neural network, constructs the coal enterprise cost forecast model. Finally, UML is used to design this system, and the .NET platform is used to realize the major function of the system.
