It is one of areas education researchers concern that using e-Portfolios evaluate students. With the development of the Internet and the proliferation of computers, e-learning has become more convenient and faster. With the development of Internet technology to the Web2.0 era, a people-oriented network of learning becomes possible. At the same time, a variety of SNS appear, such as Blog, Wiki, Flick, Myspace and so on. They make use the internet function of SNS to provide users with spaces where users can share, communicate, and collaborate. Users can join in communities they interested in and participate in the community of Practices。Then it is major research content of this paper that integrating the characteristics of social network and the development of e-Portfolio system to create a learning environment where the learners can display and evaluate their works.The author of this paper card the current situation of e-Portfolios development at home and abroad, introduces the impact on ways of learning in the network environment,proposes a design framework of e-Portfolio system based on the social network and designs and implement a platform on the base of the comparison and analysis of electronic Portfolios development standards at home and abroad. It has two advantages for learners to introduce the concept of promoting learners cooperative learning and sharing. On one hand it cultivates learners the habit of self-reflection, stimulates learners the interests of learning, promotes communication and cooperation among learners. On the other hand learners can establish, manage, share and launch their own e-Portfolios in a convenient way.
