There have been many kinds of TV Celebrity Interview Shows shown recently. In a period popular with the entertainment TV programs, a lot of TV Celebrity Interview Shows such as , , , have been attracting the public gradually, and these programs are becoming the common topics.Firstly the author introduces some famous interview shows, and then gives these programs a comprehensive analysis from the form, content and significance in terms of the dialogue theory plus historic views, discourse power theory and narratology. This paper is divided into seven parts:First of all, the introduction talks about the rise of TV Celebrity Interview Show, the present research conclusions and shortcomings of these programs, and the study method and principle this paper is using.The first section firstly mainly analyses the "one to one" special talk show, the preexistence of the TV Celebrity Interview Show. The talk show appeared in the 1960s and developed for several years, and in the 1990s the special form "one to one" talk show emerged. When the "celebrity effect" started to contribute to the audience rating, the first TV Celebrity Interview Show came out and became very popular. Totally, the first section gave the comprehensive review of the development of the domestic TV Celebrity Interview Show.The second section emphasizes to describe the dialogue theory which is commonly used in this paper. The author introduces the Bakhtin's dialogue study corresponding the novel of Dostoevsky to the basic theories of Communication, and then she analyzes the application of dialogue theory to the electronic media.The third section mainly analyzes the dialogue communication form of the TV Celebrity Interview Show. The author thinks the dialogue form contains not only the audio host-to-guest communication the audience can see, but also the dialogue which is carrying on between the audience and the persons of the program when the people are watching the programs, as well as the dialogue which exists among hosts, guests and all kinds of program producing skills.In terms of combination analysis of the TV Celebrity Interview Show and the Propp's narrative function theory, the fourth section refines the key word of this kind of TV programs: history. Furthermore, with combining the dialogue theory the author points out the people like to watch these TV programs so as to talk to the "history" directly. Thus the mentioned history has a social impact gradually on the audience.The fifth section mainly analyzes why the TV Celebrity Interview Show can talk with the audience. In terms of classification study on guests in these programs, the author concludes that all the celebrities have some power in their respective fields, and the power determines the dialogue right, therefore the dialogue right of the celebrities can get promoted via the TV Celebrity Interview Show.In the epilogue, the author thinks the present the TV Celebrity Interview Shows are very popular; however, the audience must be tired of this kind of programs if they flood in the market. Hence we should produce the better programs to prolong the cycle of these programs.
