In the 21 century, the relationship between technology and our daily life became more and more close. The scientific power has played an outstanding role in the international competition, as well as the public literacy development has become a very important index to estimate the international competition ability. To the other hand each country in the world began to pay more attention on the technology communication. But the television as"the most important way to understanding the technology", its ability to spread the science still not been realized completely in our country. The domestic research for the science program still exist a large vacancy. For this reason, the paper will try to conclude and innovate for our domestic science program. I hope this will provide some brightness to do more favorite technology program for the audience in the future.There are five parts in this paper. The first one"summary"is to talk about the research area and then briefly introduce the science program's development, actuality and existing problems. Secondly, by analyzing the importance of the public's literacy and the relationship between the science communication and public's literacy, it is to demonstrate the important of the television as the public science communication channel. Thirdly, from the point of the communication effect I will analyze the normal produce method of the present technology program and the compare with the similar programs in other countries, this can help us to learn the advantage and offset the weakness. The fourth part is to deliver some constructive suggestions for the sustainable development of future science program. Lastly is the conclusion.
