Research And Develop On The Human-machine Management Information System Of Machinery Manufacturing Industry

Human-machine management information system of machinery manufacturing industry is an integrated human-machine system that collect, transmit, process, save, update and maintenance information by using computer hardware, software, net communication equipment and other work equipment to improve the organization competition advantage, benefit and efficiency. Research has always been focused on the scheme level of technology system, and been short of research from human-machine-environment system. This paper researches from human-machine-environment system, and explored preliminarily for establishing harmonious human-machine management information system.this paper puts forward the conception of human-machine management information system, then analyses the current research status of domestic & foreign, and elaborates the relative system info of management information system. it gives some study on the key aspect of human-machine management information system.This paper makes the exploratory researches on the human-machine management information system, and gives the conception, composition, type of human-machine management information system and constructs the model of human-machine system for the first time in the core of this article. It is to analyze the difficulties of human-machine management information system in technique system, and points that manufacture management is the core of human-machine management information system. So, the project integrates management information system of ERP+MES+SFC closed loop control. This paper analyses human, environment factors in management information system by theories of ergonomics, and makes optimization modeling analysis of human-machine system working environment by multi-objective optimal design approach. In this paper, making out appliance of ergonomics in management information system instructs foundation of harmonious human-machine-environment. This paper pilot develops human-machine management information system of machinery manufacturing industry, and finishing integer frame of whole system, stressed the human/organization module work. It offers a project for high-speed and low-cost resolving structural management problem.This paper completed the theory analysis and basal research of human-machine management information system of machinery manufacturing industry. These could give more reference to deep research of human-machine management information system.
