Research On Mobile ERP Business Process Technology Based On SMS And System Implementation

As an advanced enterprise management theory and practice, Enterprise Resource Planning integrates Logistics, information flow and fund flow and other kind of resources together in order to received great economic benefit. The increasingly prevalent mobilized life-style and work-style switch from the traditional commerce management pattern transform to mobile e-commerce management pattern based on enterprise informatization and society informatization. In order to realize global mobile commerce and ACM (Agile & Convenient Management), mobile ERP has become the future development trends in enterprise information industry.In this paper, based on analyzing the shortage of current fixed business processing pattern, by research on the influence that mobilized business process affects on current ERP management pattern, a mobile ERP business process model based on SMS has been developed. This model including mobile auditing, mobile querying, mobile reminding/warning, and mobile message business processing fashion and define fout types of mobile business standardization for each fashion. Based on the standardization mentioned before, based on Multi-Agent technology, using agents to package each of the function modules into a Multi-Agent system, which includs intelligent terminal agent, business trigger agent, function coordinator agent and different types of mobile business agent---inner bill auditing agent, outer bill auditing agent, bill state track querying agent, statistic data querying agent, bill audit aided querying agent, mobile warning agent and other business function module---mobile message module, mobile notice module, mobile reminding module etc. By the interaction of the different modules, the system processes the mobile business which triggered by mobile user and ERP system. Additionally, considering of the peculiarity of the mobile business process, on researching the security technology of mobile business platform, an improved user password authentication method is introduced in this paper.Finally, in this paper, oriented to the SCINP, a mobile ERP business processing system based on SMS is designed, researched on the function how business processing agent implement. Based on system design, with the J2EE platform and MVC development pattern, part of the mobile ERP system is realized.
