Wireless Ad Hoc network has gradually been enlarged to a comparably independent field originating from a small branch of wireless communication field. Comparing with other communication networks, Ad Hoc has many characteristics, such as independent networking and dynamic regrouping which make Ad Hoc network technology has a wide application prospect. This technology has been used in many industries and various environments.Otherwise, from the birth date and development to be maturity and standardization day by day, RFID technology has been applied extensively in many different areas with advantages of non-contact, unique ID and safety, etc. How to integrate RFID technology with network technology well to extensively serve people's life and production has been a hotspot discussed in the whole RFID industry, meanwhile, RFID middleware becomes a new research subject. In the process of wireless sensor network research, integrating Ad Hoc network with RFID technology to discuss the technology application is still a very new research field. This subject, combining respective characteristics of wireless network technology and RFID, does deeply research on some key technology, such as route and multi-hop of Ad Hoc wireless network and middleware, anti-collision and safety of RFID. On analysis of specific application situation, some basic location service, such as location and tracking can be provided to realize the real-time monitoring during tags tracking process. At the same time, this paper also discusses and does research on RFID middleware which is considered as the tag's data collection client, and preliminarily realize the basic functions of RFID middleware.
