With the development of Information Technology, the society enters into a rapidly developing network era. The increase of the computing ability of hardware, the extension of new generation high-speed network, the expansion of application size and the complication of business demands generate the variety of technology, the complication of application and the distribution of computing, which caused that many application systems are based on the distributed network and multi heterogeneous resources.The banking-securites data exchange platform will include all banks and securities companies. The formation of national banks and securities companies need professional institutions that will be a tie linked banks and securities companies with rich operational experience and good reputation in the business areas. Using the agreement in data exchange between banking and broker provided by CSCR and the advantage of network of Shenzhen Securities Communication company, the company will establish a banking-securities data exchange platform.Access point and switch hub can be composed by several units. Each security and each bank connect the access point by API and access point connects the switch hub. The communication mechanism for the data exchange platform includes the communication between API and access point, the communication between access point and switch hub and the communication of the units of the switch hub. The communication between API and access point is developed by bank or securities. This paper mainly describes the design and implement of the communication between access point and switch hub and the communication of the units of the switch hub. Switch hub is as a server in Shenzhen Securities communications centers, securities companies or banks connect the platform as client, then the information will be sent to any other bank or security.The content of this paper includes: The communication between access point and switch hub and the communication of the units of the switch hub use TCP/IP protocol SOCKET communication technologies. The difference between the two communications is the different of communication content. The content of communication between access point and switch hub is the data package send by banks or securities, but the content of communication of the units of the switch hub is the message of themselves in order to satisfy the extend of business. The function of the data exchange platform is implemented by using the technology.Long connection is used by the communication between access point and switch hub. Long connection is the communication between access point and switch hub connected once. If the connection is broken, it can build new connection by itself. This method is more effective than the trational method of short connection.Switch hub is composed by serval units running in Shenzhen securities communication company. The units can communicate to each other to judge the peak level. If there is an access point want to connect the switch hub, the switch hub will compare a available unit to accept the connection. So the load balancing is finished.In order to implement the data exchange platform, asynchronous exchange and multithread were used.According the specific demand of securities and banks, the communication mechanism for data exchange platform is finished based on the above technologies.
