To implement the strategy of developing the country by means of science and education,to accelerate the construction and the rational assignment of the education sources, to popularize the application of the information technology in teaching management, and to promote the total education quality and the efficiency of utilizing the teaching resources, many universities have done a lot in the research and the implementation of the construction of the educational administration information platform. The Curricula Selecting System is an essential part of the educational administration information platform in universities, and the construction of it is an inevitable trend in the universities to promote the information administration and administrational level. This thesis aims at constructing a model which is fit to run on the universities'Curricula Selecting System (CSS) software platform to satisfy the requirement of the developing teaching and educational administration management. Real-time expansibility security and load-balance is the key to the Curricula Selecting System.According to these issues, the paper makes a profound analysis in Curricula Selecting System scheme designed by some technology companies and universities in our country, with the practical background of Tianjin University of Technology. The paper analyses, builds the model for, designs and implements the WRCSS, and makes an emphatic study on the factors of real-time expansibility and security of the " Curricula Selecting System" .In the process of system's architecture design, the architecture is designed facing the working process through the combination of Client/Server pattern with Browser/Server pattern, paying attention to the compatibility, expandability and practicability of the system. Considering the possible changes of all the factors of the administrative process in the future, some general interfaces are pre-designed to ensure that the system can be improved and be adaptable to any changes of the administration work,and at the same time, won't influence the normal running of the system. Curricula Selecting System (CSS) should accept a large visitors in a short period of time. According to lots articles of Web server cluster that have been read, this thesis analyzes the characters of Curricula Selecting System deeply, then combines the feedbacks appeared during the running, using the Load Balance based on DNS for the optimization of the existing system.Completed the system and carries on the system test, the test result has conformed to the requirement of designing. As a result, it has many advantages with a friendly interface, operating simply and flexibly, high data security etc. Depending on the operation this system, the workload for office worker of educational administration can be greatly reduced with the working efficiency promoted, and query service with high quality for teachers and students can also be provided.
