Design Of The Automatic Door Control System And Development Of Its System Software

Nowadays ,With the rapid development of economy,people's requirement of living standard are higher and higher.In this environment,automatic doors are widely used.You can see them in most of the modern buildings such as bank,hotel,supermarket and so on.Now, the fact of its development is: The products made by foreign manufactures have high performance and high price. Our home-made products are much more cheaper,but the performance is unsatisfied and the faulty rate is high.So we design an automatic door control system which has high performance and low price.This control system could have good competitive ability in the market.This thesis gives out both hardware and software solution of the control system.For the hardware, we use the enhanced 8-bit MCU(Microcontroller unit) MC68HC11K1 of Motorola as the CPU of the system. MC68HC11K1 has been widely used in industry controlling fields because of its powerfull and low-price. In addition,we use CPLD to implementing the pulse generator of stepper motor controlling circuit.The good points of using the CPLD are low-cost,smaller size,flexibility of development,high-reliability and so on.For the security of the system,we have designed efficient failure detecting citcuit to making sure the system running safely.
