With the fast development of the internet, the ways of communication between human beings are diversifying and office instruments also diversifying. The office work in enterprises also gradually tends to be paperless and the OA system gradually has gained its popularization in the enterprises which is doubtless the transformation of the business managing and operating system .The enterprise's expansion in scale also sets a higher standard to the service flow management. In order to consummate the enterprises' management to manage enterprise resources orderly and effectively and eliminate the wasting of the resources owing to the human factors, the work flow managing system is booming resulting from precisely for the enterprise's demand. The work flow in the enterprise which is often called the electronic stream may be used in managing the enterprise's accounting, the business trip management, the project declaration, the examination of finance and so on.Managing the enterprise's daily business by the work flow managing system enables the enterprises to solidify its conventional business management and provides effective references and means of improvement for the managers who can examine the management system and improve the management modes.Flexible work flow management will satisfy multiple demands of the managers better.In order to design a good work flow managing system, the software developers have developed various work flow templates. This paper mainly aimed at designing work flow management system for the small and medium-sized enterprises adopting C# interface design to describe the composition of the work flow. The interface design which usually comes out at the early period of code design extracts the work flow model in the concrete work flow management system. It is only responsible for designing the model of the flow. The software companies gradually develop its own complete system of the work flow management through the unceasing improvement of the interface model.In this dissertation firstly analyzes the distributed architecture and the design of the interface of work flow factors, and analyzes the characteristic and the trend of the work flow managing system. This dissertation describes the method of the realization of the workflow interface. In the realization, this dissertation adopts the design of the database and makes the XML files as the configuration files, describes the whole flow from the startup to the end.In the end gives the conclusion and explores the further developments of the field of work flow interface design.
