Study On The Network Pornography Information Communication And Its Governance

The 21st century is a highly-developed information age. With the development of information technology, the emergence of the Internet, particularly, has made the cyberization of information and the development of globalization sweeping the globe. Internet opened a new cultural space for human with its virtual instruments. And network cultures make a huge impact of people's life, work, education and values with its unparalleled charm. However, the virtual space is not a piece of pure land, but the shadow of realistic civilization also covering Internet social, and the netporn is most typical and most serious. The whole society should pay the attention to it because of so many negative effects that for the social life and the development of young people are made by it.How to management the waving of pornographic information scientifically and effectively on the network? It is a social problem that need we resolve quickly and a question that worth the network information resource management filed pay attention to. This paper studies the netporn's characteristic, type, communication model and its impacts, and analyses the reasons of its spread, and discusses the problem of its management from the view of information resources management, and based on the relevant research of experts in China or abroad.
