Analyzing The Status Of The Confliction Between Supervision By Public Opinion Of News And Fair Justice In Current China

The confliction between Supervision by Public Opinion of News and Fair Justice in each country are inevitable, in the long-term practice, modern developed countries had constructed more mature rules to adjust the relation between them. At present, the state between Media and Justice became more and more complex, and also became a hot point of same solicitude in academy circle. This article will put more attention on the confliction between them.First, clarifying the concepts of News Media, Fair Justice and so on, discuss the necessity of intervention by News Media into Justice. Secondly, in displaying and analyzing typical cases, make the comparison abroad on this issue and the approach adopted by the West. There're three performances in the current reality of the confliction: the contempt of court—the judicial severe constraints on the Media; Media comments—the Media in the administration of justice; trial live. Third, concerning with China's realities, analyzing the causes of the confliction, and seek the measures to solve these problems.
