The researched topic belongs to the project of computer aided testing measuring system for Small Multifunction Cultivator, and the research objective of this paper is to design and optimize the dynamic loading system to accurately realize the simulation of the actual load moment on the small agriculture machine(SAM) when the machine works on different fields. (just like paddy field, sandy areas, rocky earth)In the paper, the stress on the SAM in working hours is analyzed firstly, and the necessary parameters for the simulation of dynamic loading have been fixed on. Then, by assimilating measuring equipments development experiences of other trade as a reference and combining the characteristic of SAM, the author has designed the test bed for dynamic loading and selected appropriate loading devices. For meeting the requirement of dynamic loading controlling system and the controlling attributes of loading devices, PID controller and fuzzy logic controller are designed to optimize control system, and Simulink tool involved in Matlab is used to simulate and observe the controlling process to get a favorable outcome. Meanwhile, kinds of sensors and data acquisition card are selected, as well as some frequency of samples have been fixed on. Finally, the control software is developed with LabVIEW software to realize the data acquisition, supervising, and to operate dynamic loading control system automatically according to loaded spectrum.It is the first time in our country that this paper poses the concept of synthetic test for complete SAM. By assimilating testing technology and experience of other reverence trade, the author has designed dynamic loading system and control strategy a subsystem of synthetic test system for SAM. The research in this paper is meaningful to provide technology parameters and theoretical guidance for designing and manufacturing SAM. Meanwhile, the achievement of this paper is also a successful example that mechanical and electronic technology has been applied in measuring and controlling terrain.
