The Research, Design And Development Of The System About The Secure Transmission Of Speech

The main problems of the system about the secure transmission of speech are the transmission and the secure. The transmission mainly includes the research of data transmission and speech coding. Speech coding is technical difficulty in this system, and also is important content in this paper.The amounts of original speech data is too large to transmit in the network. So we need the speech coding. In this system, after discussing and anglicizing various techniques of speech coding, we adopted a good one, then optimized it. In this paper, on the basis of the aggregate and analysis of the optimization techniques of speech coding, software about the G.723.1 speech coding was successfully developed. In this system, my new ideas of the optimization techniques include: the use of memory pool, delete some module, optimization of buffer copy, the use of locality principleIn this paper, after research of theories of the techniques, a system about the secure transmission of speech was designed and developed. In the system, the mature technology of VoIP was used in the transmission and G.723.1 was used in the speech coding. The software can run in some Smartphone, and meet the demand of user. The system is suitable in the next generation network as its integration and unity, and is easier to expand in the 3G. In addition, the detailed analysis about the algorithm of G.723.1 is very useful in future research and the implementation of DSP.
