Based on previous research works of structure optimization design, from practical needs of engineering application, this paper research automation solving guide-weight criterion simultaneous functions and structure automatic optimization software SOGA1 which by using ANSYS software as a analysis tool and guide-weight criterion as a optimization tool, in order to further optimize the combination structure. So the practicability of SOGA1 software has greatly been improved.In solving the guided-weight criterion functions, relaxaion factor of the automatic selection is a difficult problem. Through a large of structral optimization, the paper achieve automatic selection of relaxaion factor , reduce calculation time of solving guide-weight equations, accelerate structural otimization iteration speed, and further enhance the practicality of structural optimization guide-weight criterion.The paper has also used data interface ANSYS documents, to achieve the exchange of data automation of optimization module, analysis module and differential sensitivity calculation, in order to integrate ANSYS Analyzer and structural optimization guide-weight criterion. The benifits of the two, forming a highly effective and practical structural optimization software SOGA1. Through examples of structure optimization, the feasibility and superiority of the software assured.The software also used the optimal model with a variable and function of normalized, a envelope of similar function of same state, in order to improve general utility and practicability of the software.
