Research Of Police Public Opinions Analysis System

With the development of science internet has been dramatically used by the public. It has become "the fourth media" besides newspaper, broadcast and television. It is reported that the size of internet users in China has been over that in America from the beginning of 2008. However, it has the possibility of being taken advantage of internet by criminals, such as attacking our Government or collecting the security intelligence. Under this kind of circumstance, public opinions of internet proves to be very important to the police agent, who intensively calls for construction of public opinions analysis system.In the thesis relative technology of public opinions analysis is researched according to the demands of police agent, and also the design and implement of the system is discussed. Firstly, the thesis analyzes the background and meaning of the system, introduces the collecting and analysis based on relative technology in the region of public security intelligence and the "Police Intelligence Integrated Platform". Secondly, the entire design strategy is proposed, including operation flow,architecture and interface design. And also the solution to the interface of system and the "Police Intelligence Integrated Platform" is presented. Thirdly, the thesis researched the design of the analysis module which is constituted of the web information intelligent processing module, the media information search module and the face recognition module. At the end, implement of the key technology is presented.The main research production is in the following: Proposing the entire design strategy of public opinions analysis system based on the "Police Intelligence Integrated Platform". Implementing the pretreatment of web text based on tree architecture under the DOM norms. Realizing the clustering of text using the APIs of Carrot2 2.0 clustering engine. Resolving the heterogeneous data integration by using middleware based on XML.
