The Time-Bias And Space-Bias Of Network Media

The balance between Time-Bias and Space-Bias of network media is fit for not only information's storage and application on longitudinal time, but also information's share on transverse space. As a result of developing lag and low level of domestic network media, the application of network media is now on a stage of attempt and adaptation, and it is unavoidable of leading to unharmonious phenomena among network communications. That is to say, network communications'Space-Bias is more prominent than its Time-Bias. It is just the unbalance between Time-Bias and Space-Bias of network communications that results in the change of people's conception about time and space.
