The paper introduces the design and realization of control and jet system and controlled objects. With the coordinated control of platform and electromagnetic valves, it can realize the ceramic ink's delivery, mix, jet, etc. Then workers can do the following processes with the sample, including baking, sintering, analysis, etc.In the light of current statuses, e. g. low general level of domestic preparation process and low degree of automation, a jet system is designed, which uses PIC as a core for its control function, a series of electromagnetic valves and X-Y-Z platform as controlled objects and LCD as a display unit. The jet system is based on the technique of mixing behind the nozzle. Components of A, B and C are injected into a mixing chamber according to a certain percentage, and the mixture is printed onto a substrate after being mixed fully. The percentage is changed point by point, and a materials library containing many materials samples can be prepared in a short time.The paper introduces the background of combinatorial chemistry preparation technology firstly, secondly analyzes the choice of software and hardware platform, including the choice of the core MCU, electromagnetic valves and X-Y-Z platform, thirdly describes the hardware design in detail, and tells the author's experience on hardware and software debugging., then focus on the development of MCU software, including the development of main program and other subprograms. In the end, the paper presents the status of the finished system and the problems existed, expresses the farther direction.
