As the human genome project bring into effect and make advance in the research field, the life science step into the post-genomics era. In this era, the main research targets are functional genomics, including the structure genomics research, proteomics and so on. Protein is the executor of the physiological function and it can represent the life phenomena. Thus, the research for the protein structure and function will illustrate the life diversification and mechanism of the life pathology and physiological. The proteomics based on Mass Spectrometry is applied in many fields and the quantitative proteomics is one of the important research topics. The core problem of the quantitative proteomics is how to quantities the protein based on the mass spectrometry. Nowadays, there was some software for protein quantitation based on the mass spectrometry. As to the mass spectrometry diversity and the proteomics experimental diversity, many of the software can not be applied in our inland labs directly. Also these software has not improved in the precision recognize as the mass spectrometry has improved greatly. According to the current mass spectrometry and the requirement of the inland labs, we developed software Quant to quantitative protein using many algorithms. And also in our software system, we apply many interfaces according to the proteomics development trend, including the labeled and unlabeled proteomics experimental design. In addition, the comparison results with the software widely used in many proteomics labs showed that our software system has higher accuracy.
