The Research Of The Model Of Reuse Library And The Management For Small To Medium Software Enterprise

Software industry is the core and foundation in the information industry; also it is important part of country economic strength in current knowledge economic era. Currently in our country, except Hua Wei, Neusoft and Digital China, etc a few big enterprises, other software companies are a little small. So small to medium size companies are still main part among our country software enterprise. The weak of Management capability, special project management is the typical growth barrier for our software enterprises.Recent years, the technique of object oriented becomes main stream which provides basic technical support for software reuse. Software reuse research becomes new hotspot again. It is considered as a reasonable way to solve software crisis and improve software productivity and quality. It gets more attention from the industry and it becomes an important direction for software development more an more.But for software organization, especially small to medium ones, because of too much manpower and material resources needed to implement software reusable from the beginning, it affects, even obstructs the usage of software reusable development.This paper is based on advanced management and technique of software reusable practiced by successful software companies and organizations. Based on the author's practice in small to medium software company, a method was introduced that has less input and more output, rapid and effective implement software reusable. This method is intended to create a software component reusable library based on company's previous development. This paper includes:1. From four aspects, which are organization structure, field engineering, application engineering and enterprise monitoring, the paper tells modeling process for reuse library. It analyzes field analyses and field engineering based on the projects.2. Discuss the problems based on the management of software components warehouse from two aspects of capital management and organization management. It is further discussed about the reflection from software components warehouse to enterprise internal organization, workflow and management etc. this part is main part of this paper.3. Based on an actual project, discuss the help for development job by applying for reusing the components in the reusable component warehouse. And it is introduced the SOA architecture ideology to adopt the change of enterprise operations, which brings a good result.The company where the author works already setups a software components warehouse according to this method and have a good effect. The author believes that continually managing and expanding the warehouse will bring a comprehensive reusable system for the company finally, with improving project management capability, forming a good recycle to push enterprise development well and fast.The author hopes this paper can bring valuable reference for software useable research, as well as technique and management for small to medium software company.
