As pool as the dependability of low-voltage PLC, and as short as the distance of communication at present, based on the study and analyse on the existing theory of dependability, summarize the way that can effectively improve low-voltage PLC communication dependability.I select the LME2200C which has integrated many kinds of coding technology as modulating the demodulating chip in the design, its multi-carriers FHSS module is very suitable for the communication of low-voltage PLC. Scheme use many kinds of technology to raising communication dependability of low-voltage PLC, such as digital signal filtrating and EMC. In the design, I fully considered the interference in the actual environment, and the development in the future, use the dsPIC30F3011 to be the ECU, it designed by Microchip Company special for the electrical machinery. Finally, I verify the system by laboratory debugging and some one heating center for actual state. All these provide basis for popularizing this kind of low-voltage PLC. In the upgrade of industrial product, low-voltage PLC relies on its advantages of "No New Wires" and so on will play a unique role.
