The hosts' image of our TV program cannot be reflected simply in the forms of colour and costume as well as good speaking ability and quick responsiblility etc. In addition, the hosts' image comes down to audience feedback, impression continuance, sensibility neutralization, even has the connection with brand program palnning and brand media competion. In this paper, based on the previous works and depending on the knowledge involving mass media, psychology, sociology and esthetics, we examine and discuss several factors in the creation of image of anchor person and the process of appreciation of the beauty of audience. Divide the hosts' image into image blurring period; image establishing period; image mulriple period and brand identify period. Base on the audience is the impotant factor in image creation; this subject analyzed different audience comment on the hosts' image in different type of program, and then to put forward four elements which can influence the hosts' image creation. The creation of hosts' image is not only an issue relating to the host, it also should be involved into the strategic system constructed by brand TV program and media, to which we have pay much attention. Discussion of hosts' image with comprehensive, systematic and thorough manner may not only enrich theoretically research on relevant research issues, but also provide instructive reference to practice of host and even to famous host strategy.
