Research And Application On Data Exchange Platform Of E-Government Information Resource Based On SOA Technology

After years of development, e-government has gained a lot of achievements in China, and a great deal of information resources and experience have been accumulated. How to ensure the achievement of the effective development and utilization of information resources has become one of the key subjects for government information construction. In this paper, the existing problems of the construction and integration in e-government information construction are briefly enumerated, and the significance of the data exchange system in the development and utilization of information resources is analyzed.This paper introduces advanced IT technologies ,such as Service-oriented Architecture (SOA), Extensible Markup Language (XML) and .Net Framework, and focuses on the basic characteristics and design patterns of SOA, emphasizing its key tech-supporting role during the realization of data-sharing and integration in the atmosphere of e-government. In addition, on the basis of SOA, we put forward an integrated government information exchange platform to integrate the information of subsystems. The design and implementation technology of PowerDX, a practical data exchange platform, was introduced.PowerDX is an application software based on SOA design pattern and .net technology platform. It has provided common functions such as acquisition, transmission, processing, security and so on to satisfy the requirements of data exchange, according with the demands of electronic information sharing resources and development trends. The most outstanding characteristics are:1. Aiming at the standardization of the exploitation of the information resources, the definition and maintenance of classification and catalogue for information resources are provided in PowerDX, thus realizing the dynamic and flexible administration of information resources.2. The routes of the data exchange satisfies the principle of the e-government information resource building,"One data one resource, one resource more usage".3. Fully considering the loose relationship of application system between the current government departments, PowerDX relies on SOA to fully adapt to the characteristics of different technology platform on the access and exchange of a variety of data exchange , making it easier to achieve the objective of application integration.4. The whole platform uses XML format as the unified and open standard, extricating a particular data format limitations.This study combines the building of e-government and information technology in the status quo, pays great attention to the current application, so it has more practical significance. Meanwhile, its design and model have great effect on applications of information technology in the other industries .
