The safeguard-surveillance-controlling-system, is a series of high-tech equipments, which are used to surveil and control staffs, equipments and surrounding environment. Based on the urgent requirement of APF (Armed Police Forces), a remote distributed safeguard-surveillance-controlling system and the unit-remote surveillance-controlling cell as the controlling center are designed.In the design MCU—MCS-51 is used as the central controlling unit, and the USB (Universal Serial Bus) is used to connect to up-side computer. After processing the datum acquired by temperature and humidity sensor, this cell can deal with alarming affairs, drive the acousto-optic alarming equipment, and give alarm signal to the up-side unit through remote communication network.The build up and architecture of this design are studied, based on three-level topology. The main points in this thesis are as following:(1) The operational principle, functional architecture and main parameters of analogous temperature sensor (LM135A) and digital humidity sensor (SHT11) are studied in detail, and then the applications of ADC and I C bus are studied.(2) The process of logic-control and data-communication is realized using CPLD (XC95288) in this design. CH341 is used for communication between surveillance controlling cell and up-side computer.(3) Based on the principal of modem remote communication, the circuit of DAA is designed.(4) The protocol between MCU and PC is outlined in detail. The software program of communication and data process is designed carefully.
