The laser marking technology is a kind of new producing technology which is developed after the laser welding, laser heat treating, laser cutting and laser drilling hole ect. It makes use of laser to etch the stated character and pattern. Because it is with no pollution, no abrasion, and with high velocity, it takes the place of the original processing means, such as pressing, printing and chemistry corruption, and it is widely used in the industry, agriculture, medical treatment and national defence area. However, it brings out a new problem that how to fall into disuse the old equipment and reuse it. This article is to solve the problem that alternation and reusing the PT3080 Printer Seriers produced by Germany.The PT3080 Printer Seriers is widely used in the card making area at present. Its original function is to make the character and pattern to print out on the card surface through the heating printing. And its shortcoming is with the low processing rate, and high wasting rate, and it mainly depends on the importing, so the processing cost is high. If the laser marking takes the place of the heat printing ways, the processing rate will be 50% higher than before, and the accessory wasting rate will be lower, and all the accessory can be homemade, so the cost will be very low. Above all, the PT3080 Printer Seriers is required to be renovated urgently by the card making companies. What is done by me is to use the laser marking machine to replace the heating printing accessory of the PT3080 Printer Seriers, and to compile one set special system to control the Printer and the laser marking machine to work coordinately. The marking system in this article is designed for a carding making company in Beijing, ltd. And it is based on the PT3080 Printer Seriers, it is designed to coordinate the carding making machine mentioned above and laser marking machine produced by Beijing another light and electricity technology company, ltd. This system is to execute the intelligent card marking automatization through controlling the PT3080 Printer Seriers and the laser marking machine, and it is to finish card making, testing, computing, marking, piling and issuing automatization process. And it is also used to compute the bank testing code for the USBKEY and marking on it, and it can fix the character on the USBKEY and it can use the ways that reading the character from the outside for the intelligent card to mark, and to test the PT Printer Seriers function, ect.The direct economy value which is brought out by this system can reach more than 300,000 yuan, and it improves the product processing efficiency, and it is with the obvious promotion foreground. At present, this carding company has made use of this system in the production, and some companies in Jiangxi Province have the purchasing intention.A lot of work has been done for the demanding analysis in this system. The system is simple and direct based on the user actual operation level. In the auxiliary design aspect, the system template function can adjust the marking position, character name and character size freely according to the actual requirement, and it can produce the marking item array and the read light preview based on the requirement. (because the red light is invisible, to use the red light to reflect the related character shape to judge the marking position and size to meet the requirement or not before the marking in order to adjust. )On the interface design, we try to execute WYSWYG. What the equipment do can be reflected by the progress term and text frame in the interface, so the operator can know the action execution status clearly. And the system is with the self-contained log function, it can save the related operation context in the file, and it is convenient to look back.The system is with the 5 traits as following:At first, the interface is simple and friendly. Take into account that most of the users are operators, so the style is simple, the people with the computer basic knowledge can work on it after training.The second, the control action is visible. What the operator done for the system can be shown on the interface thought the progress term or the text.The printing content and completion status can be shown on the current printing frame for the USBKEY, and the where the intelligent card headed for can be shown in the progress term.The third, the operation interface is WYSWYG. The system interface can judge the USBKEY or the intelligent card is working through the template information, and it can be shown on the interface by the large rectangular and card shape. The marking content can be shown on the figure, and it is almost the same as what is printed out. The data shown on the interface can be the judging basis before the marking work.The fourth, the template function is full. The template function of the system is large, and it records the radical date of the marking task. And the different marking items can be with the different parameter setting, and its array function can help the operation to execute the design rapidly, and function of the red light preview can control the laser marking machine to illustrate the marking item actual position. And above all, these add the working convenience, and reduce the mistake in the operation at the same time.The fifth, the enlarging capacity is strong. It is shown it two aspects as following, one the marking task is diversification, this system can marking different cards (supported by the PT Printer Seriers) through coordination with the card making machine. And the USBKEY can be marked after the card making machine is dismantled. And the other is the enlarging capacity for the program. And the control part of the program code can be peeled off from the other content, once the control part is replaced, it can be used in the other control system of the other type card making machine.On the structure of this article, at first, to introduce the system function and developing background; the second, to illustrate the related technology used in the developing system; at last, to explain the system function, structure, formed template and the detailed design and execution by text. And the detailed function structure charts is used to introduce the template. The procedure processing chart is used to shown the important template. At the ending part, to summarize all the work, and to bring forward the research direction for the next step.What is solved in the article is new and old technology replacing problem in the enterprises, the old equipment is renovated and reused. One side, the investment for the purchasing the new equipment is saved, the cost is reduced; on the other side, the enterprise which produce the laser equipment find a new trade. And at the same time, the research meet with the economy developing mode that save the energy and reduce the wasting which is advocated by the nation. So the research gets the effect of"winning in 3 aspects".
