The Study On The Interaction Between Technological Progress And Publication Development

Therefore, the basic position of the discussion on the relationship between technological progress (T) and publication development (P) should be that, there is interaction in the realization of their progress, and the common environment is the society.Unlike one-way vision of Technological Determinism, the author starts from the historical dimension, and summarizes that the progress of social productive force and the needs are the fundamental reasons of the interactive relationship. Then, the article generally depicts the industry's external features of the interaction from the macro, meso and micro vision.Through the combining on the plane, the interactive feature is more and more clear, and the interaction mechanism begins to appear. There is always positive correlation between them (technology and industry) and the level of coordination with the social system. Especially in the information society, the rapid development and application of digital technology makes the rule more obvious.Related to the interaction mechanism, it shows two forms under the impact of the social system, the direct driving force and indirect influence.
