Study On Hierarchical Flow For Very Large Scale Design

This paper is to study on how to get convergence of placement, routing and timing in hierarchical design flow. Based on hierarchical design flow, we will study on how to create a floor plan which can get the final convergence. We will give some methods to resolve the main problems during hierarchical flow and explain the reason of failure. We will also give some examples and give analysis.
