With the development of computer technology, the application of the demand has continually increased, but it also brings the corresponding issues such as artificial intelligence, knowledge management, and many other areas. A major problem is how to describe specific areas through the concept of universal descriptions, in order to carry out the communication and reuse. Ontology is used to describe certain fields even the scope of broader concept, as well as the relationship between the concepts, and make these concepts and relationships within a certain scope only with a clear definition of a consensus reached, so the machines and human can influence and communicate with each other well, thus it has been widely used in many areas of computer. But in the process of the research and development, building on the ontology, there is no unified, common, standard methodology and building up ontology in application area which is not fully play the merit of ontology and difficult to have real practical application. Therefore, the construction method of ontology and the practical application of ontology study are very important and significance. In this paper, Multi-Agent technology in the applications for the enterprise diagnosis as background, in-depth study of the concept of ontology, description language, building methods and development tools. Under the guidance of these theories, the work target of this study was to build the domain ontology for the diagnosis of enterprise financial. In the process of ontology construction, we adopted OWL recommended by W3C as the ontology language, used Protege3.4 to write domain ontology document in the field of the target application. This paper introduced the method of ontology on the storage, also evaluated the veracity of domain ontology on financial diagnosis in the enterprise management diagnosis system by using Jena.
