This paper combines the real condition of the enterprises in our country, designs a kind of Digital Regulator which has reliable performance, visual display and real time communication on the basis of simply represents the Digital Regulator's position and function in the domain of Industrial Control, the domestic and foreign technological level and developing tendency.Focused on the final application ,the whole system is divided into the following modules, including CPU core module, data-in module, data-out module ,display module, CAN communication module. Then described how to adopt the 32-bit ARM processor as kernel and make use of the uC/OS-II as real-time operating system from hardware and software two parts to access the goal of reasonable control. The function of microprocessor LPC2119 is introduced briefly in the hardware part first, then a specific introduction about the design of each function circuit is given, especially focus on the analysis to the CAN communication circuit. According to system functional requirement and hardware design proposal, the flow charts of each function task of the system is given in software part, then describes the kernel structure and its transplanting of the uC/OS-II operating system. The scheduling and managing of the function tasks are realized by the uC/OS-II operation system which is the software developing platform .In order to improve system performance, the paper not only reserves the traditional PID algorithm, but also introduces the fuzzy-PID algorithm. Then the Digital Regulator is more suitable to time delay and nolinear system. At last the water temperature control experiment shows that the Digital Regulator is effective to control the nolinear system with high accuracy and short regulative time, reaching the expectant design target.
